HQLM, managed by Bizonweb srl, VAT no. IT02232630984, Brescia, Italy, uses only technical cookies: the ones strictly needed to provide the service you ask for. We use no analytics, profiling or advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers. Under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority, technical cookies do not require your consent: the notice shown on your first visit only informs you about them.

Storage in your browser
HQLM also keeps some preferences in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device, are never sent to our servers, and you can delete them at any time by clearing the site data:

Your conversations with the assistant are kept in the open page only, and are gone when you close it.
Payments
Pages that show prices or open the checkout load the script of Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle may set the technical cookies it needs to process the payment and prevent fraud, under its own cookie policy.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the technical cookies, you will not be able to sign in, and your language choice will not be remembered.
